3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Individuals under legal guardianship, declared legally incompetent, or restricted from entering contracts are prohibited from using api288 Services.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on api288. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If multiple accounts are detected, api288 reserves the right to close all accounts, cancel all pending transactions, void all bets, and confiscate all balances without notice or compensation.

3.5 Excluded Persons

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Never share your password with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to be api288 staff.
• Immediately notify api288 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

api288 will never request your password via email, phone, WhatsApp, or any communication channel. Any such request should be reported immediately as a phishing attempt. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.

4.3 KYC Verification

Within 72 hours of registration, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (both front and back)
• A recent selfie holding your KTP next to your face for facial recognition verification
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months)

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will be restricted from making withdrawals. 4.4 Account Restrictions

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy is mandatory for security and anti-money laundering compliance. If the original deposit method is no longer available (e.g., closed bank account), contact customer support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method after additional verification.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing. The first 5 withdrawals each calendar month are fee-free. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 50,000.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

api288 strives to process withdrawal requests within 1-3 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and take up to 24-48 hours to process.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. This anti-money laundering measure ensures our platform is not used for illicit fund transfers. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 deposit requires at least Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers (across any games or sports bets) before the balance becomes withdrawable.

6.5 Bonus Fund Withdrawals

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all specified wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. 6.6 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is approved by api288. Once a withdrawal is approved and payment is initiated, cancellation is no longer possible. Canceled withdrawals are immediately returned to your account balance.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible api288 users at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to exclude any user from promotions if we suspect bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of promotional terms. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements or playthrough requirements) before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. 7.3 Bonus Validity Period

The validity period begins the moment the bonus is credited to your account.

7.4 Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

While an active bonus is in your account, a maximum bet limit applies (typically Rp 25,000 per bet or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower). Exceeding this limit constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all winnings. This rule applies to all game types including slots, table games, and sports betting.

7.5 Bonus Abuse and Multi-Accounting

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly

• Exploiting software glitches or errors for unfair advantage

Users engaged in bonus abuse will have all accounts permanently closed, all bonuses and winnings voided, and deposits refunded minus any administrative costs. api288 may also report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

7.6 Bonus Cancellation

Bonus cancellation results in immediate forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings generated while the bonus was active. Your original deposit amount remains in your account and can be withdrawn (subject to standard wagering requirements).

8.1 Fair Play

api288 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use api288 Services solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any content from api288
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of our platform
• Use our content for commercial purposes or on any third-party website or application
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Unauthorized use of api288's intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements cannot be closed until those requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

12.2 Termination by api288

api288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, if we determine (at our sole discretion) that you have violated any provision of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Termination may result in forfeiture of your account balance if the termination is due to your breach of these Terms.

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must immediately discontinue all use of api288 Services. api288 may retain records of your account, transactions, and gameplay for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of api288 Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI - Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English or Indonesian language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against api288. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of api288 Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
